What is GoHighLevel, and do I need it first?
GoHighLevel (GHL) is an all-in-one CRM and marketing automation platform: lead capture, pipelines, calendars and SMS/email automation in one system. You don't need it before contacting us. We can set it up as part of the project.
Do you build websites as well as automations?
Yes. We design and build responsive websites and landing pages, connect their forms to your CRM, and set up the automation that runs after a lead arrives.
What can you automate?
Everything that happens after an enquiry arrives: CRM and pipeline setup, instant SMS and email follow-up, booking with reminders, missed-call text-back, review requests and custom workflows. We can also connect the tools you already use through APIs, webhooks, n8n or Make. It suits any business that relies on leads and appointments, such as clinics, real estate, home services, salons, gyms and law firms.
Can you add a chatbot to my website?
Yes. A chatbot can answer the questions visitors ask most often, take their details and send each enquiry into your CRM so nothing is lost. We set it up around your services and your own answers, and scope it separately like other automation work.
Can you run ads or guarantee search rankings?
We can set up campaigns, landing pages, lead forms and conversion tracking, but we don't manage large ad budgets and won't promise specific results. No one can honestly guarantee rankings either. We set up the foundations: site structure, metadata, technical checks and Search Console. Results depend on many factors, and ongoing SEO is scoped separately.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. We build websites, landing pages, CRM workflows and integrations for agencies, behind the scenes and under their brand where appropriate. Partnerships can be discussed confidentially.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope. Tell us what you need and the budget you have in mind, and we'll suggest a realistic starting point. Our pricing is built for small businesses. The tools behind the automation have their own usage costs, which you can see on the tool costs page.
How does the first call work?
We start with a free call where we learn about your business and current process. From there, we put together a plan for what to automate and how.
